If you are a foreign national, you must also submit either A or B of the following:
- Passport
- Alien Certificate of Residence (ACR)
- Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor)

- Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ID
- Social Security Number (SSN) ID
- Driver’s License
- Work permit issued by DOLE (mandatory requirement) if employed in the Philippines

You can apply at any PNB branch. Online application for supplementary credit cards is currently not available.
*Supplementary credit cards are currently not available with PNB Cart Mastercard.
- Each principal credit cardholder may have up to nine (9) supplementary credit cards. All supplementary credit cards enjoy free annual fee for life.
- You can pay your PNB Credit Card bill through any of the following:
- PNB
- ATMs and branches of Philippine National Bank
- PNB Digital App
- Automatic Debit Arrangement with PNB Savings/Checking Account
- Overseas Branches and Remittance Centers
- ATMs of participating BancNet members
- BDO branches
- SM and Savemore payment centers nationwide
- Mobile/Internet Banking of participating BanNet members (e.g. BDO, GCash)
- BancNet online

*Payments made via PNB channels will be reflected on the account within 1-2 banking days after the date of payment.
*Payments made via other payment centers and online payment channels will be reflected on the account within 2-4 banking days after the date of the payment.
*Additional 3 banking days will be needed in processing check payments as they are subject to clearing.
*Payment of dollar accounts is only applicable for PNB branches, ADA, and the PNB Digital App. A PNB deposit account (in USD) is needed to proceed with the payment via ADA and the PNB Digital App.
*Select “PNB Credit Cards” as the biller when paying via online payment channels.

- Go to More and click on Add Account. You can also add an account from the My Accounts screen by clicking on the + button on the upper right corner.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Enter the card number and expiry date.
- Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile number registered with PNB Cards.
- View the confirmation screen indicating that the account has been added and click Okay.
